Please check first to see if you are using latest web browser version. In order to register with LivingECHO, you must use a valid email address.

Having problems with the business registration?
Please check first to see if you are using latest web browser version. You must first create a user account before registering your business. Once you create an account, you will be given the following three options:

  1. A. Purchase Products . Choose from many of our eco-friendly products for you, your home or your office.
  2. B. Register Your Company . It's free and it's easy! Just start by creating your business account and you can begin uploading your products to sell to millions of on line customers.
  3. C. Sourcing . Whether you've been in business for 20 years or 20 days, you'll find that our wholesale marketplace has solutions to make your business a little greener.

Please click on Register your company and fill out your company information.

After completing the form, please read the Business User Agreement and click on the Accept Terms of Use dialog box below it. Then submit the form by clicking on the submit button at the bottom of the screen. After submitting the form, LivingECHO will review and validate the information before you are accepted. This process may take up to three business days before completion.

You will be notified by email once you have been accepted as a business.

Once you have been accepted you can begin shopping on our wholesale section or begin setting up your business profile.

Have you registered your company and can't access our wholesale section?
After submitting the form, LivingECHO will review and validate the information before you are accepted. This process may take up to three business days before completion. You will be notified by email once you have been accepted as a business

After you have been accepted as a business, login to your account. After login in, a wholesale tab will appear at the top of the screen. Click on the Wholesale tab to begin shopping for wholesale products on our site.

If it's been longer than three business days and you still haven't been accepted, please send an email to support@livingecho.com.

Having difficulty setting up your profile and adding your products to our site?
Make sure you have been accepted as a business before continuing.

After you have been accepted as a business, login to your account. You must complete the following steps before your profile shows up in our company directory.

1) Add a Company Description

After logging in, note the changes to the Left Navigation Bar.

Click on Business Profile. In the Company Description dialog box, add the desired text to within the box. Format the text to your liking, scroll down and click on the User Agreement Box, and submit the form by clicking on the Submit button. You can view your changes by clicking on the 'My Page' link in the left navigation bar.

To edit the changes again, click back into your account administration and click on the Business Profile link in the left navigation bar.

2) Add a company logo.

You can upload a company logo by clicking on the Logo link in the left navigation bar. Click on the Browse button and navigate to the image from your computer you want use. Click on the Submit button to view the changes. Then you MUST CLICK on the ACCEPT button below the image to complete the process.

3) Upload your products.

Click on the Products link in the left navigation bar. To add a single retail product, click on the Add Product link under the Retail Tab or to add a single wholesale product, click on the Add Product link under the Wholesale Tab. Fill out the information as requested on the Add a New Product page. Follow the instructions at the top of the page if you are having problems. When done, click on the Submit button at the bottom of the page. To add several products at once, click on the Multi Product Upload tab. Please read and follow all of the instructions on the page. When you are finished with your Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet and loading your images into a zip archive, upload them onto the site using our submission tool at the bottom of the page and by clicking on the Submit button.

All of your uploaded products will appear in your products administration under the Retail tab or the Wholesale tab.

Once you have added your products, please click on the following link at the bottom of the page so that we can start the process of approving your products. If you are adding products for the very first time, please click here so that we can review them.

Once your product have been accepted, your company profile and your products will display on the LivingECHO website
